Our Story
Bushiwck Bark is a local woman-owned pet shop serving our Bushwick & Ridgewood community since 2013. With a focus on healthy pet food, we cater to both cats and dogs, in addition to offering one-on-one grooming services (at our Knickerbocker Ave location)
With a passion for animal welfare and rescue, owner Dottie Evans strives to serve as a community resource for all animals. In addition to fostering kittens on-site, hosting many cat and dog adoption events, we also host a number of Fundraiser Parties each year, for which proceeds are always donated to local rescue organizations.
Because we only hire people who have a genuine love for animals, you know your pet is always in loving hands at Bushwick Bark. Our knowledgeable staff is here 7 days a week to help with all of your pet-related needs, so do not hesitate to come in and ask any questions you may have!

One-On-One Grooming
Bushwick Bark on Knickerbocker offers intimate One-on-One grooming services for your furry friends. Only one groomer will be working with your pet during your appointment from beginning to end.

Self- Serve Dog Wash
ALSO ONLY AT KNICKERBOCKER SHOP!
For those who prefer to bond with their pets during bath time, we offer a Self-Service Dog Wash. For just $20 you can use the self-serve shower which includes: aprons, towels, brushes, a blow dryer, shampoo, and conditioner. We do recommend wearing flip-flops into the shower! No need to make an appointment for the self-serve wash, it's just a walk-in service!
